Read the full installation speech by Honourable David C. Onley, O.Ont, Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, from September 5, 2007.

This is really inspiring. Listening to the induction speech by His Honour gave me an overwhelming feeling that "there really is someone listening to what it's like to live with a disability". He instills hope that there will be a more inclusive and accessible Ontario. His Honour demonstrates that disability is not a barrier to success.
